Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, your order will already be processed with our suppliers.

Shipping

Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the product and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Yes, we ship all over France, Europe, and most countries worldwide. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it directly on our Order Tracking page.

Products & Stock

To speed up delivery, your items may be shipped from different warehouses. Therefore, you might receive them in separate packages.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return any unused item in its original packaging.

Yes, unless the item is defective or the mistake comes from our side.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we process refunds within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
